Uni House is a development of 70 studio apartments, set in a prime location for students at the University of Birmingham.
Uni House offers a selection of self-contained studios and penthouses, just a short walk from the campus.
Liquid was tasked with designing a bold brand identity to capture students’ attention and create demand for the apartments. The development was set to launch at a time when many students had already secured their accommodation for the coming year, so it was essential that the branding was vibrant, engaging and tailored to the target audience.
Our team devised the Uni House logo, featuring abstract books to signify study, while giving the brand a contemporary edge. We created a high-impact hoarding that ran along the length of both elevations of the building to highlight the desirable features of the aspirational accommodation inside. Finally, we developed the Uni House website, ensuring prospective tenants could easily access relevant information and make enquiries online.
Within two weeks of the website’s launch, 70% of the Uni House apartments were reserved, demonstrating the quality of the accommodation available, and the effectiveness of the collateral created by Liquid. With the brand established and the website primed to generate leads, Uni House is perfectly placed to maximise demand from students seeking accommodation for the next academic year.
