The Project
Liquid was appointed to support Harrington Woodfuel Co., a Woodsure-certified supplier of quality, sustainable firewood, firelighters, and charcoal, with all aspects of its digital marketing strategy.
The small team was already extremely busy processing orders and preparing the wood for sale, so had little time for handling marketing and social media. The key goal was to increase sales through the online store and allow more time for the team to deliver the orders.
The Result
We devised a digital marketing strategy encompassing paid and organic social media, PPC, CRM and SEO, along with supporting with any work required on the company’s Shopify store.
By running a combination of search and display PPC ads, we were able to considerably increase store visits and conversion rate, while changes to the website helped to streamline the order process and provide a better user experience for customers.
