The Project

Liquid has been appointed as the European integrated agency for the promotion of sweet potatoes, on behalf of the North Carolina SweetPotato Commission (NCSPC), a non-profit organisation made up of over 400 growers, producers, packers, processors and business associates from the US state of North Carolina.

The Result

Prior to this appointment, we have been managing NCSPC’s UK social media channels since 2020, we were initially tasked with launching dedicated Instagram and TikTok channels for the UK market, using a combination of paid and organic activity to increase awareness and consumption.

Our objectives to build brand awareness, traffic and following were applied to a modest monthly advertising spend of just £250. Since the Instagram launch in 2020, engaged following has grown to 1,500. The TikTok channel has had 11.7k likes since its launch in 2021.

Liquid now represents NCSPC across Europe, managing not only its social media presence but also PR, digital activity, marketing, events and stakeholder programmes.
