The brief
Education and training providers across the West Midlands came together under the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) - a major DfE initiative designed to reshape training around real employer needs.
The challenge wasn’t just to build a brand or a website. It was to unite dozens of organisations behind a single, coherent narrative about tackling regional skills gaps in construction, engineering and manufacturing, digital and green industries - and to communicate that narrative clearly to employers, providers and local businesses.

“The service you provided was, and continues to be absolutely first class! Our branding brief couldn’t have been more challenging trying to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders and also significant cross agency working and I was so impressed with how well Liquid navigated that, became part of the wider team and delivered on a really strong and impactful brand – all within such an exceptionally tight timeframe! Your approach to account management has meant that I have felt fully updated across the whole project with clear and open lines of communication and therefore provided so much confidence and assurance.”
