Luke Tipping

Luke Tipping is the former Executive Chef Director of the illustrious Simpson’s restaurant in Birmingham. With a decorated history in the industry, he received a professorship from University College Birmingham for culinary arts in 2010 and retained a Michelin star at Simpson’s since 1999.

He is widely considered to be one of the most accomplished chefs in the UK, and as Chef Consultant, provides strategic expertise to Liquid’s well-established portfolio of culinary and hospitality clients.
