David Colcombe

David, or as we call him, Chef brings not only operations but 40 years of hospitality and culinary expertise to Liquid. A Visiting Professor and Fellow of University College Birmingham, David successfully led several restaurant operations, including restaurant groups in London and the Midlands. He has been awarded the British Culinary Federation prestigious Louis Cipolla award for the “Greatest Contribution to the Profession” and he's a member of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts.
