Tucked away in Birmingham’s vibrant centre, Liquid’s cutting-edge demonstration kitchen invites creativity, making it an ideal spot for photography, filming, recipe innovation and live demonstrations.

Specification

A modern, stylish, and exceptionally well-equipped space designed specifically for shoots, recipe development, and events, offering features rarely found in similar venues. Taking up half of the third floor of New Oxford House, our kitchen boasts two spacious islands and expansive south-facing windows for abundant natural light. Unlike standard venues, we offer a smaller prep kitchen, flexible breakout areas with various seating and a separate boardroom seating up to 10—ideal for creative collaboration, events or meetings.

Featuring a four-ring induction hob, two large fridges, one half-size freezer, two smart ovens and two smart microwaves. We also have a range of countertop appliances, including a KitchenAid stand mixer, a Thermomix machine, a deep-fat fryer, and a sous-vide water bath. Hire of the kitchen space also includes use of all pots, pans and utensils. A full inventory is available on request. For every kitchen hire, we can arrange and adapt the setup to suit the requirements of the day; while islands, cabinets and breakout areas are fixed, all other elements in the space can be adjusted.

We also have our second floor space, which includes a second, smaller kitchen – perfect for prep, smaller-footprint photoshoots, straight-to-camera pieces, and as a staging area for events. The floor also has two large meeting tables.
