Social Media Executive
We are looking for an entry-level or higher social media executive to join our growing Birmingham office. You’ll be a key member of the team and part of a Top 25 regional consultancy (PR Week) with further offices in Jersey, Guernsey and London.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, an up-to-date knowledge of all popular platforms and trends. Reporting in to the social media manager, you will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging social media content for different audiences, support with developing social media strategy, and have the ability to write and post content across multiple channels and appropriately tailor tone of voice. The social media executive will also be responsible for carrying out reactive and proactive community management and provide quality customer service. In addition, you will also be required to analyse data, identify trends and produce social media reports.
The successful candidate will have strong writing skills and a keen eye for attention to detail. Knowledge of creating, optimising and reporting on paid social campaigns is desirable, as well as experience in photoshop and/or other content editing software.
