Liquid is looking for an Account Manager with at least four years’ experience, someone who is ready to take on the key role in running a client service team. The successful candidate will have deep understanding of the UK media landscape and proven track record in forming useful professional relationships with journalists across print, online and broadcast outlets.
Account Managers face the challenge of combining two separate and highly important responsibilities: first, to ensure client satisfaction of the highest level, day in and day out; second, to supervise and guide the work of one, two or more executives and specialists in delivering each client’s programme on-time and on-budget.
You will be a team player, but confident as an independent operator. As Account Manager you will be the ‘point person’ from the client’s point of view, the face and voice of the consultancy. You will have developed a range of professional skills, working your way to becoming a ‘trusted advisor’ in media and public relations.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing people and their work, keeping a watchful eye over your executives workload, providing support and guidance when needed.
