ESTABILISHING A RECRUITMENT IDENTITY FOR BOTH CLIENT AND CANDIDATE

Tonic is a Birmingham based hospitality recruitment agency specialising in talented candidates, and savvy industry smart clients looked for the highest calibre chefs, and hospitality professionals. Our brief was to create an identity which works both for client and candidate; we developed a word mark which utilised the 'N' as a way of showing both sides of the business, together - generating search and find arrows, effectively portraying both sides of Tonic.
