Following a £1 million refurbishment of its Waterfront Restaurant, Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel wanted to build the hotel’s reputation and raise awareness of its new, sophisticated dining space and seasonal menu.

Using a mixture of creativity and media relations, Liquid has significantly increased Radisson’s profile within the local media by profiling the culinary expertise of the head chef and devising special recipes linked to local and national events. We have built strong relationships with ‘foodie’ influencers and the head chef was invited to join a panel of experts to help local families to cook creatively and healthily on a budget. 

Liquid has also helped to raise awareness of the hotel’s sustainability credentials and busy CSR activity in the local community, particularly its partnership with Mind Jersey.
