AN INTEGRATED APPROACH TO MARKETING A LUXURY HOTEL

When Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa appointed Liquid in 2009, it was already on a trajectory of growth and development, following a multi-million pound investment. The challenge was communicating the improved proposition to all of its target audiences.

Liquid redesigned and relaunched the website, produced a new suite of brochures and set a fresh advertising style. We work with the hotel on its media relations and ongoing planning and implementing of a strategy to increase share of voice to target audiences.

In 2010, Grand Jersey secured its 5th star - making it only the second 5 star hotel in the Channel Islands. It also secured the accolade UK Residential Spa of the Year in both 2009 and 2010.
