The marketing brief to Liquid when Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa engaged us was to bring a strategic, integrated and cohesive approach to all of its branding and communications. As an independent property, the hotel had none of the infrastructure or resources that the big brands and large chains can lean on - so leveraging the agencies' resources became even more important.
We helped segment and target different audiences, in order to increase penetration and market share for the various facets of the proposition, from the award-winning Spa and the various dining offerings to the proposition to the visiting and on-Island business community. We then helped to practically deliver advertising, brochures and digital communications to effectively and cost-effectively produce results.
