At Liquid we believe it’s vitally important that the employees of the future get the chance to experience life at work. We’ve had students of all ages on work experience and undergraduates on placements, but it can be time consuming as we want to ensure that any time anyone spends at Liquid is worthwhile

Since assuming directorial responsibility for HR, Katrina been amazed by the sheer volume of requests for work experience in our Birmingham office. It is almost daily and so we discussed a better way – launching our own internship programme. Now, every year, Liquid will offer one person a paid summer internship of up to eight weeks – the chance to work alongside our team and learn what consultancy life is all about.

How to apply

Applications should be sent to between 1st – 30th April and need to include the dates between June and September when you are free to work. We expect this to be popular and so recommend people take the time to make their application stand out. We get too many Word docs which show no creativity! We’ll then shortlist those applicants we want to interview in early May and the successful candidate will then join us for up to eight weeks.
